Franklin Lakes entrepreneur says he's solved the untucked-shirt problem
Two years ago, Chris Riccobono realized there was a fashion problem plaguing men who favored button-down shirts: They never looked good untucked. Too wrinkly. Too long. Too short. Riccobono came up with his own solution, and founded UNTUCKit last year. The Franklin Lakes native explained how the company came to be and how not all shirts are made equal.
Q. Tell us about your Bergen County background.
I grew up in Franklin Lakes and went to Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey for high school and played four years of tennis there. Then I went to Providence College in Rhode Island to play more tennis, and after college I moved to New York City. But my parents still live in Franklin Lakes, so I’m over there quite a lot.
